Can someone help me with a diet plan?

Heeey (: Ohkay so i'm not big, or skinny. But i'd like to lose 14 pounds asap. I just turned 16, i'm pretty active. I'll be more more active this coming up week. I only drink water. I'm vegetarian. My daily meals consist: at 10 a small bowl of Special K cereal, at like 12 a strawberry protein meal bar, a couple of fruits sometime in between,and around 5:30-6, a small dinner. I don't eat fast food. I don't eat past seven. Can someone help me with a plan to lose weight ? Please and thank you (:
