Hi, i have been eating oatmeal for breakfast every morning for the past week. But 1 hour after, i get bloated!?

I dont know why, i thought this was one of the healthiest meals on the planet, can someone please tell me FROM EXPERIENCE if they also went through this stage, and maybe after 2 more weeks, it will phase out or something? I just feel bloated, and fluffy. Ive read about how you should SLOWLY add fiber to your diet. But theoretical knowledge aside, i need people who have had some PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE with this, to answer it. THANK YOU!. (btw, i eat oatmeal with water, and a lil salt, and maybe throw some strawberries in there).
