Recurring Xbox Live Problems HELP!?

Alot of that has to do with your router. Having a strict or moderate nat type is all to do with your router. If this keeps recurring you might want to go and pick yourself up a new router. This also works for me, if you still have the router installation cd, reinstall the router so it gets restored back to defaults and then it should work better because you reset the router.
